MARTIN EDEN FROM MY PERSPECTIVE: A PASSIONATE AND EXCITING ADVENTURE

Hello, I have questions for you: Do you like films? Are you interested in illustrations? Do you enjoy looking at posters or magazines?

I personally love visual materials a lot. Hence, I really enjoyed doing my assignment for this week. Our teacher wanted us to create a digital poster. She offered us two options: a movie poster book report project and a magazine cover project. I chose the first one because the idea that I can design a film poster with my own interpretation was so appealing for me. Then, I decided to design 2 film posters for one of my favorite books called Martin Eden and created 2 dıgıtal posters for you. I wanted to give the feeling of the book in the poster. So I used the images closely related to the book. Sea, books, gloomy atmosphere...

I used the tool Canva for this project. Canva is a graphic design platform that can be used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content. It includes numerous features. I believe it is nice to have access to different templates, graphics, etc., and customizing and editing them is fun too.

Since digitalizing is getting important day by day, I think it is important for students to gain experience with this kind of tool. So I would want to use similar tasks with my future students.
