HEY, DO YOU LIKE HORROR STORIES, WE HAVE ONE FOR YOU...

As you know; the podcast is one of the 21st-century technological tools that teachers like to integrate into classrooms. It is simply a digital audio file, you can download or listen to it via the internet. My homework for this week was to create one. I and my peer Dila have created a story. She also wrote about her opinions about our homework as well (check Dila's blog)

But it had some necessities to follow such as at least 10 sound effects to add to the mood of the story. Also, we used more than 5 of the specific words that our teacher gave us for creating a story. We believe that we've created this podcast successfully.

Making this podcast was fun, though we've faced some difficulties such as creating and finding sound effects and recording it clearly through our laptops, phones. The most stressful part was to be sure that sound effects are heard clearly and appropriate for the mood of the story.

The name of our story is 'The Murder'. Suitable for high school students. First, we thought of different ideas, then we add or remove some of the ideas. Consistency plays a big role while writing a story so we paid attention to this.

I would give similar tasks to my learners, I believe that it improves communication skills, imagination, confidence. Because during the task students are expected to; create, plan, communicate with each other or other people, and more. These skills are essential for English Learners. Besides, it contributes to a child's development.
